Every certificate is reviewed and signed by a GMC registered UK doctor after an online text consultation. The doctor's name and GMC number appear on the certificate.

Standard requests are completed within one business day; Priority requests are typically completed within 24 hours, often much sooner.

If our doctor decides a certificate isn't appropriate — for example because your condition needs an in-person review — you receive a full automatic refund and advice on where to seek care.

Certificates start from today onwards and can cover a period of up to two weeks.

Yes. Your consultation, documents, and ID are stored encrypted in the UK/EU, are only visible to the doctor handling your case, and are never shared without your consent.

Every certificate carries a unique reference number that we can verify — ask your employer to contact us with the reference.
