Before you start

Velo Health provides medical certificates following an asynchronous text consultation with a GMC registered UK doctor. This service is not suitable for emergencies or complex conditions.

If your condition is complex or you feel seriously unwell, please contact your own GP or attend your local emergency department.
Our doctors may decline to issue a certificate. If they do, you will receive a full refund.
Certificates can start today or later and cover at most two weeks.
You will need a photo of your ID and a payment card to complete your request.
